Eligibility — you must be 18+

3DX Phone is intended for adults only. It is a companion overlay for 3DXChat, which contains mature, sexually explicit content, and some apps (such as the dating and social features) are adult-oriented. By installing or using 3DX Phone you confirm that you are at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher — and that accessing adult content is legal where you live. Do not use 3DX Phone if you do not meet these requirements.

Beta software

3DX Phone is currently provided as beta software. Features may change, break, disappear, or behave differently between releases. Use it with that expectation and keep backups of anything important.

Use at your own risk

The app is provided as-is, without warranties of availability, compatibility, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for deciding whether it is appropriate for your device and setup.

3DXChat relationship

3DX Phone is an independent companion overlay and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by 3DXChat. You are responsible for following any third-party terms that apply to your use of 3DXChat or related services.

Acceptable use

Do not use 3DX Phone or its online services to attack, disrupt, abuse, scrape, spam, impersonate others, bypass access controls, or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Updates and downloads

The project may provide installer downloads, update metadata, notifications, and release channels. Updates may be optional or required depending on compatibility, safety, or service requirements.

User content and submissions

If app submissions or community features are available, you are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it. Submissions may be reviewed, rejected, removed, or disabled.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app or services.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the beta evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
